Revau Appoints Rahim Tejani as President and Chief Operating Officer of Revau Canada
26 May 2025
Revau is proud to announce the appointment of Rahim Tejani as President and Chief Operating Officer of Revau Canada, effective June 15, 2025.
Rahim has served as Revau’s Chief Operating Officer since May 2024, after initially joining the company in 2023. Based in Toronto, he brings over 25 years of experience across insurance brokerage, risk management, treasury, banking, oil & gas operations—both in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Revau, Rahim spent nearly a decade with a leading brokerage firm, building a strong foundation in strategic operations and client service.
His deep understanding of our organization, combined with his leadership experience and cross-sector expertise, uniquely positions him to accelerate Revau’s growth across the Canadian market. As a CFA charterholder and Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Alberta, Rahim is recognized for his pragmatic approach to risk, strategic foresight, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
This leadership transition comes at a transformational moment for Revau. On May 12, we announced our entry into the U.S. market through the acquisitions of Brazos Specialty Risk Insurance and Twenty Mile Insurance Services, expanding our footprint across North America.
To lead this next chapter, Jean-François Raymond, current President and CEO of Revau, will relocate to the United States in mid-June to head our newly established U.S. division as CEO. He will also continue to serve as President and CEO of Revau holdings, ensuring strategic alignment and unified leadership across all regions.
This evolution reflects our continued investment in strong leadership, local expertise, and a bold North American vision. With Rahim at the helm in Canada, we are well-positioned to deliver sustained value to our clients, partners, and teams on both sides of the border.
