Ms. Diane Beaudry has extensive experience in the field of finance and boards of directors. She is president of Conseil Projestion inc. a company she founded 20 years ago specializing in business management and financing. During her career she has served on numerous boards of directors. She was a member of the board of directors of the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages for 11 years including 8 years as chair of the board. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Fondaction, holding the positions of chair of the audit and finance committee and chair of the evaluation committee. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Film Laurentides where she is chair of the audit committee and vice-chair.
