Groupassur Will Acquire Val International

Groupassur is proud to have finalised an agreement with Mr. Benoit Beaucage for the acquisition of Val International effective September 30th 2020. Owner of Val International since 1979 and being just shy of his 60th birthday, Benoit decided to pass us the torch while continuing to use his knowledge and experience within Groupassur.

Val International is a Management General Agent specialized in commercial liability in Québec. This acquisition will allow Groupassur to strengthen their markets and to offer complete Solutions for liability.

Groupassur now positions itself as the most accomplished Canadian owned MGA.
