Groupassur is proud to announce the acquisition of the Managing General Agent division of TecAssur inc., a wholesaler serving brokers across Quebec for more than 10 years.
Groupassur & TecAssur took advantage of the many similarities that united them to complete the transaction. TecAssur will now focus on their Wholesale division and the marketing and placement of risks with specialized insurers, an expertise that has made their success in the past. The two entities will continue to collaborate in the best interest of our broker network.
This consolidation also allows Groupassur to add experienced underwriters to its team in a very active and competitive market.
