Revau is proud to announce the appointment of Philippe Cloutier as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Philippe oversees the company’s financial activities and contributes to supporting Revau’s growth and financial strength. As a member of the executive team, he also plays a key role in shaping the organization’s financial and strategic priorities and supporting initiatives that will drive the company’s next phase of growth.
Philippe brings extensive experience in finance and operations, gained within large organizations in Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Revau, he served as Managing Director, Operations at Novacap, where he supported portfolio companies in optimizing their finance functions and implementing best practices across the organization.
Before joining Novacap, Philippe served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Videotron, where he was responsible for all financial functions, corporate development and procurement. He also brings 15 years of experience in the commercial printing and media industry, having held several senior leadership roles, including leading the Canadian subsidiaries of Quad/Graphics (formerly Quebecor World) and Reader’s Digest/Trusted Media Brands. During his career, he also gained experience in the United States, where he worked for three years.
Philippe holds an MBA from McGill University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, and has completed all three levels of the CFA program. His leadership and strategic expertise will be key assets as Revau continues to execute its strategy and expand its activities.
